Scaffolding is the temporary 
framework used to support people and material in the construction or repair of buildings and other large structures. It is usually a modular system of metal pipes or formed steel. A scaffolder should be able to plan and prepare for work, erect scaffolding/equipment safely, inspect/repair/alter scaffolding/equipment, and dismantle scaffolding/equipment safely.
