Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) assist in the consultation, coordination and cooperation processes by representing the views of workers and communicating these up the chain of responsibility to supervisors and management. This course is intended to provide participants the latest necessary skill and knowledge to successfully perform this role. This course satisfies the annual refresher course requirements for this role under the Work Health & Safety Act (Qld) 2011.

Members of Health & Safety Committees
This course is delivered over one (1) day as a face-to-face classroom session.
Persons eligible for the HSR Bridging Training must have completed the approved Workplace Health and Safety course in Queensland (WHSQ-HSR-NCB01) functioning as a Work Health and Safety representative within the last year. Persons must also be a WHS Representative or WHS Committee member elected to represent a workgroup under the WHS legislation.
